Complaints Procedure

If you are worried about an aspect of being at Columcille and you feel you are not being heard, the Complaints Procedures will guide you through the necessary steps of making your complaint or stating your concerns. the complaints procedure is one of the Columcille Policy documents. Policy documents set the rules and guidelines for how we run as an organisation, and how we safeguard people and enable realisation of potential in a caring and progressive environment.

There are complaints procedures for participants, and for carers, Columcille staff and  staff from other organisations.
